Please note that in order to maintain the highest hygienic standards possible, we do not routinely provide equipment including vacuums, brooms, or mops. Company equipment is available upon request, just let us know in advance.
KITCHEN
- Cleanse all accessible surfaces
- Cleanse exterior of stove, oven, and fridge
- Vacuum, sweep/mop all floors
- Take out garbage and recycling
BATHROOMS
- Scrub and sanitize the toilet, shower, bath, and sink
- Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces
- Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
- Vacuum and sweep/mop all floors
- Take out garbage and recycling
BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM & COMMON AREAS
- Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces
- Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
- Sweep and mop all floors
- Vacuum rugs and carpeted surface
- Take out garbage and recycling

Moving In/Out Services
You may choose a deeper cleanse when moving in, moving out, or both! It includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Cleanse stove top and range hood
- Scrub oven interior and exterior, and fridge
- Scrub and shine sinks
- Wipe door frames and light switches
- Wipe shelves and pantry
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors
BATHROOM

- Cleanse fittings and glass fixtures
- Scrub and shine bathtubs

- Scrub and disinfect toilet interior and exterior, including base
